About Me

I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Kingston, Ontario.

After completing my undergraduate degree at Queen's University studying sociology and psychology, I learned through volunteer work and my own personal journey the value of supporting others. It was through these enriching experiences that I chose to pursue further education to become a Registered Psychotherapist through the University of Ottawa.

After completing my degree, I worked for a year as a relief crisis worker in Kingston. In July 2017, I then joined the wonderful Limestone Therapies team and opened my private practice in psychotherapy.  I feel it is a great privilege to offer my support to others and hope to continue in this position for a long time to come.
