The Wisdom Of: Dr. Russ Harris


Dr. Russ Harris is a leader in Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), authoring the well-known book The Happiness Trap among a slew of other helpful books. ACT is an evidence-based approach to therapy that mixes acceptance and mindfulness with practical behaviour changes.

I had the opportunity to complete two online 6-week training programs with him and I can promise you, he is as entertaining as he is brilliant.
